HubSpot is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in the ANZ market. The role involves conducting high-volume prospecting, working closely with account executives, and driving sales pipelines. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, competitive, and self-motivated individual with experience in similar sales roles and a passion for the tech space.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high volume and outbound sales role
- Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious
- Proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset
- A strong interest in a long-term career in sales and the discipline to drive results
- Genuine curiosity about business and technology

- The confidence to prospect and speak to C-level executives
- High performance in previous roles and areas outside of professional work (E.g hobbies, sport, creative)
