We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a BDR, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume prospecting, working closely with account executives, and developing prospect strategies. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, collaborate with peers, and drive sales pipelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume and outbound sales role
- Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- Technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious
- Proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset
- Genuine curiosity about business and technology
- Growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for self-development
- Confidence to prospect and speak to C-level executives
- High performance in previous roles and areas outside of professional work (E.g hobbies, sport, creative)
