Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Data Setup group, responsible for the foundational layer of the HubSpot CRM and Framework. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with experience in backend systems, frontend product surfaces, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Manage a team of 35+ engineers and managers
- Guide the group through the demands of operating at platform scale
- Ensure foundational services and critical FE applications remain highly available and extensible
