Senior Engineering Manager, Service Hub Omnichannel Group

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Omnichannel Product Group, delivering a unified, AI-first omnichannel platform that moves beyond siloed tools to create a single, seamless experience across all communication channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams (20+ engineers)
• Strong product engineering background, with experience building and scaling SaaS products from early stages through high growth
• Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack product discussions and influence both frontend and backend architecture
• Hands-on technical credibility with a track record of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring teams
• Experience driving high performance through goal setting, feedback, and performance management
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions without complete data
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, design, and engineering
• Experience leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or features
