Job Description
Perform high quality MRI Radiological examinations on patients of all ages, address their individual needs, and work with Radiologists to provide accurate information. Maintain exam room, equipment, and supplies, and participate in working all shifts in the department.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school Radiologic Technology
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Registry eligible
- Current CPR certification
- Two years of training under a qualified and licensed radiologist
- Working knowledge of anatomy, physics, and electricity
- Knowledge of methods of exposure and equipment operation
- Working knowledge of contrast media
- Understanding of anatomical positions and patient care techniques
