Associate Team Designer

Huge is looking for an Associate Team Designer to join the Team Design team. They have strong organizational skills, are decisive within the scope of the position's responsibilities, and use consistent discretion and good judgment. Our associates work with the Team Design Team to assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management system.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar role.
• Excellent time management skills, strong follow-up and an attention to detail, all with minimal direction.
• Excellent data skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization and Excel.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail in an almost annoying capacity
• Strategic, forward thinking planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data to tell stories, specifically with Keynote and Google Slides.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented matrix environment, with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• A genuine love for working with people and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
