E&I Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to lead our E&I team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of all electrical and instrumentation systems within our facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

What You Will Do

Supervise, coordinate, and mentor a team of E&I technicians and contractors, plan and prioritize daily work schedules, ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices, and perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in Instrumentation Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a relevant process industry
• At least 2-4 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience in an E&I role
