Lead payroll and HRMS operations, influencing HR technology strategy and shaping operational excellence in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record in payroll management and HRMS administration in large scale, shift working organisations.
- Advanced knowledge of SCAN HRMS (or equivalent timer systems) and payroll systems.
- Strong command of Greek labour law, payroll compliance, social security, and benefits administration.
- Degree in Maths, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or HR-related fields.
- Strong Excel / reporting / HR analytics skills;
