Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on mid/senior tech and tech sales roles.
- Work closely with Tech Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and the Leadership Team to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- Participate actively in workforce strategy design, supporting short- and mid-term growth plans.
- Lead sourcing activities, using advanced tools and proactive search techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
- Support managers with talent mapping, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Contribute to building a recruitment function that supports scalability, quality, and speed.
