Senior Tech Talent Professional

Our partners are a national IT Consultants and Integrators delivering complex IT consulting and digital solutions, and we are looking for a Senior Talent Professional to lead strategic hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on mid/senior tech and tech sales roles.
• Work closely with Tech Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and the Leadership Team to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Participate actively in workforce strategy design, supporting short- and mid-term growth plans.
• Lead sourcing activities, using advanced tools and proactive search techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
• Support managers with talent mapping, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Contribute to building a recruitment function that supports scalability, quality, and speed.
