Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will provide general maintenance to rental housing, perform routine repairs, and assist in making units ready for occupancy. The role requires working in various trades, responding to service requests, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
- General knowledge of maintenance trades
- Basic computer knowledge
