Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will provide general maintenance to rental housing, responding to service requests, and performing skilled work in one or more trades. They will also assist in the make ready of vacated units and perform emergency maintenance. The position requires driving a company vehicle and working outside in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
- General knowledge of the maintenance trades
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
