Job Description
The HS&E Facility Coordinator is responsible for growing HS&E awareness throughout all of Hunting's divisions, administering, and interpreting regulatory requirements for Health, Safety, and Environmental for the facility.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and revise Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
- Perform and/or assist in required HS&E documented training
- Conduct health, safety, and environmental facility inspections and audits
- Maintain all Health Safety and Environmental records, permits and reports
- Aid and advise on HSE issues and make preventative solution recommendations
- Conduct interviews/investigations when an on-the-job injury occurs
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is received and completed correctly
- Identify workplace hazards or unsafe working conditions and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken
- Ensure all Safety Data Sheets are available, up to date, and in compliance
- Manage and coordinate non-hazardous and hazardous waste disposal/pick-ups in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
