Job Description
Support Heath, Safety and Environmental (HSE) improvement and compliance including field and workshop inspections, HSE audits and participation in improvement projects. Responsible for supporting the company’s HSE global initiatives as well as local site management.
Requirements
- Field and workshop HSE inspections for HSE compliance with internal and external compliance
- Trains, monitors and coaches team members to ensure adherence to HSE principles, policies and standards
- Supports Safety Committees
- Assists with Worker’s Compensation cases
- Supports all HSE recordkeeping and other administrative activities
- Assists in environmental compliance and projects
- Supports federal and state mandated employee safety and health monitoring programs
- Provides support for other HSE duties or initiatives as needed
- Attends customer HSE related training and meetings when required
