Job Description
The HSE Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Mattr’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems. This position serves as a central point of coordination for HSE data, systems, and administrative processes, helping ensure regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and consistent safety practices.
Requirements
- Administer and maintain HSE management systems
- Maintain complete and accurate HSE records
- Generate and distribute regular HSE reports
- Coordinate incident and hazard reporting processes
- Support the implementation and communication of HSE policies
- Track compliance with safety training, permits, licenses, and legal requirements
- Coordinate HSE onboarding, inductions, and system access
- Support internal and external audits and inspections
- Assist with toolbox talks, safety alerts, and other HSE communications
- Participate in HSE meetings, initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
