Job Description
The Lawyer Talent Development Manager plays a strategic role in shaping the careers of non-partner lawyers and supporting the firm's commitment to excellence, innovation, and client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Juris Doctorate strongly preferred
- JD and experience practicing in an AmLaw firm is strongly preferred
- At least five years' experience managing projects or processes in a law firm or professional services environment
