Job Description
Huntress is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead the growing Sales Development (SDR) team in the EMEA Region. The manager will be responsible for coaching and mentoring SDRs, providing ongoing coaching on lead generation and pipeline management, and working to create a cross-functional and collaborative environment with other members of the sales team.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience leading a Sales Development team or in a similar position
- Attention to detail and the ability to recognize patterns in a variety of performance statistics
- Team player, always willing to share knowledge as necessary
- Demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your professional communication
- Coachable and eager for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate time management skills
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
