The Senior Manager, Community is responsible for leading regional community strategy and acting as a high-visibility liaison within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem, with a focus on developing and executing a growth plan for high-value accounts in the APAC region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Community Management in the MSP Industry
- Strong ability to present on stage, in a boardroom, virtually, and at private dinners, etc., to confidently influence executive-level partners and MSP owners
- Deep understanding of the MSP/Channel business model and the cybersecurity landscape
- Exceptional time and project management skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives independently
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel to the US 1-2 times per year
