Job Description
Huntsman is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the Global Legal Department located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel and provide broad-based legal support to Huntsman’s global corporate operations.
Requirements
- Support public company governance and U.S. securities law compliance
- Prepare, review, and advise on Section 16 filings and disclosure requirements
- Monitor and advise on new securities law developments and regulatory matters
- Provide legal support to Investor Relations
- Assist with the preparation of board and committee materials
- Support finance and capital markets transactions
- Assist the corporate development team with global M&A transactions
- Promote high ethical standards and advise on compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain consistent corporate governance practices across Huntsman’s global legal entity structure
- Manage and coordinate outside counsel as needed
