Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales
- Experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or technical industries is highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions clearly
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
