Job Description
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing all pastry and bakery products in accordance with Pastry Shop standards, supporting higher-level bakers and pastry chefs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Shop.
Requirements
- Prepare pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items as trained and directed.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation requirements.
