Requirements
- Certificate III or equivalent in Cookery
- HACCP certification
- Local Food Safety Handling & Hygiene certification
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef in a four or five-star hotel or a similar fast-paced, kitchen environment
