Requirements
- Certificate III in Cookery or equivalent
- HACCP certification
- Local Food Safety Handling & Hygiene certification
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef in a four or five star hotel or similar environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work productively and safely at all times with a focus on quality control
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Understanding of 5-star grooming standards
