Job Description
The Martinez Hotel is seeking a Seasonal Contract: Sous Chef in the Kitchen to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a hotel school graduate with specialization in Pastry and experience in Pastry Gastronomy. The Sous Chef will ensure compliance with recipes and technical documents, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain the kitchen and equipment care.
