Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will oversee accounting processes for two Hyatt Hotels in Austin, Texas, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the accounting and control function. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and cash management, as well as supervising and coordinating owner reporting. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of progressive hotel accounting experience, a hospitality or accounting degree, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Requirements

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel Accounting experience (typically with Hyatt)
• Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
