Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in guest services, front office, concierge, or hospitality operations, preferably within a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Prior supervisory or team‐lead experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support a service‐focused team
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, personalized guest engagement, and anticipatory service delivery
