We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to join our IT Concierge Services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management and a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices. The role involves managing the end to end lifecycle of hardware assets, including tracking inventory, locating missing assets, and supporting IT policies and governance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management
- High proficiency in technology and data analytics tools used for asset tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that integrate automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Experience with ticketing management systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Experience with active directory or an Identity Management System (Omada)
