IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to join our IT Concierge Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets, including tracking inventory, locating missing assets, optimizing costs, and supporting IT policies and governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management
• High proficiency in technology and data analytics tools used for asset tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is highly desirable
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that integrate automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
