IT Asset Management Specialist

Hyatt seeks an IT Asset Management Specialist to join their IT Concierge Services team, responsible for managing the end to end lifecycle of hardware assets, including tracking inventory, locating missing assets, optimizing costs, and supporting IT policies and governance. The role requires 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management, high proficiency in technology and data analytics tools, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices. Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management
• High proficiency in technology and data analytics tools used for asset tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to clearly explain strategies, risks, and results to clients and leadership
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is highly desirable
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that integrate automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
