Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and relationship-focused Sales Manager to join our Commercial team at Grand Hyatt Barcelona. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting group business, managing inquiries, and nurturing lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably within the luxury segment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage sales cycles, from lead qualification to deal closure
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a valuable plus
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
