Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably within the luxury segment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage sales cycles, from lead qualification to deal closure
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a valuable plus
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
