Job Description
Cheyenne Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Banquets Cook with unmatched service skills and a passion for culinary arts. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience, a culinary degree, and intermediate cook skills.
Requirements
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional meals
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
- Demonstrate a passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn and grow
- Refined verbal communication skills
- 2 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
