Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems
