HR Assistant - Learning & Leadership Development

The HR Assistant - Learning & Leadership Development role supports the team in providing programs and services to managers and staff of Hydro One, including logistics, materials preparation, communications, and co-facilitating New Employee Orientation. The role provides administrative and information processing services to the staff of the Leadership and Leadership Development Group.

Requirements

• HR Certificate or Bachelor degree in Business or related field (or 2-3 years relevant work experience in a corporate environment)
• Previous experience in Learning and Development, including coordinating training sessions and supporting program delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-service oriented, solutions-focused and a positive attitude
• Advanced computer skills including facility with MS Office Word, Excel, and Power Point
