Associate Solution Engineer

Role Overview

Hyland is looking for a curious and driven Associate Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery of professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into technical solutions through design, implementation, testing, and training.

What You Will Do

Design, prototype, and build basic business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders; test basic business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; document basic solutions to allow the support team to effectively assist business customers and ensure easy ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English required
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Apex, or Python
