Strategic Partnership Lead

We are hiring a Strategic Partnership Lead to drive the setup and expansion of new business initiatives and markets for a leading digital asset platform. The role requires a strong grasp of the crypto ecosystem, client needs, and regulatory landscapes across different regions, coupled with hands-on experience in building processes from the ground up.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, or business operations within digital assets, fintech, or financial markets
• Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including stablecoin markets, regulatory trends, and client use cases
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to navigate fast-changing business environments
