Strategic Partnership Lead

We are hiring for a leading digital asset platform providing brokerage, exchange, and custody services for institutional and professional investors. The Strategic Partnership Lead will drive the setup and expansion of new business initiatives and markets, requiring a strong grasp of the crypto ecosystem, client needs, and regulatory landscapes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including stablecoin markets, regulatory trends, and client use cases.
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, or business operations within digital assets, fintech, or financial markets.
• Demonstrated success in driving initiatives across legal, compliance, product, and operations teams in a global setting.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
