
Job description
The Technical Support Specialist will provide solutions to technical problems and claim resolution to customers by performing a diagnosis of the issue while guiding customers through the claim filing process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a sense of humor, and the ability to empathize with customers.
Provide assistance to customers with the claim filing process, maintain high levels of service, deliver a class-apart customer experience, and troubleshoot technical issues.
