Legal Counsel

IBMC is assisting its client, a Singapore-established group of companies, in hiring a Legal Counsel to oversee all legal and compliance matters across the group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; bar qualification in Singapore is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles within trading, brokerage, payment, or financial technology industries.
• In-depth understanding of Singapore and International laws, with working knowledge of offshore corporate structures and compliance.
