IBMC is assisting a Singapore-established group of companies in hiring a Legal Counsel to oversee legal and compliance matters across the group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
• Bar qualification in Singapore is an advantage
• 3-5 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles
• In-depth understanding of Singapore and International laws
• Proven experience in drafting and managing commercial and corporate agreements
• Strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills
