Job Description
At Mistral AI, we're looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing legal and approval processes, and providing solution-oriented legal advice to teams across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (LLB, LLM, JD preferred) from an accredited law school; admitted to practice law in Singapore.
- 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
- 5+ years experience in-house at Tech/AI companies, covering Asia, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
- Hands-on public sector contract negotiation required.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including creating and refining form agreements.
