Job Description
Technical Support Engineers interface directly with Enterprise customers via live chat, ticket system, and telephone to assist with technical support issues or inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous technical support experience
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks
- 1-2 years of experience with network security
- 1-2 years of experience managing Windows Server or Red Hat Linux server environments
- Experience with virtualization, specifically VDI implementations
- Experience with acquiring and analyzing packet captures
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
