Job Description
Ibotta is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead the day-to-day operations of our group benefits programs, resolving employee benefit inquiries, improving processes, and providing technical support to ensure effective program delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end benefits programs
- Hands-on experience with Workday, including open enrollment, plan configuration, and reporting
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits programs, regulations, and compliance requirements
