Job Description
dbt Labs is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to help run and evolve their benefit programs across the U.S. and internationally. The role involves partnering with Total Rewards leadership, Finance, and brokers to ensure programs are competitive, easy to understand, compliant, and scalable. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering and supporting benefits programs, including enrollments and ongoing operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting benefits programs
- Experience building and rolling out international benefits
- Strong program management skills
- A clear, confident communication style
- A love of writing and simplifying complex topics
