Project Manager - Implementation

Role Overview

Project Manager - Implementation will lead the implementation of large-scale IT solutions, specifically Oracle Health and non-Oracle deployment activities. The role requires a strong understanding of implementation lifecycle elements, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in federal or clinical environments.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include comprehensive implementation planning, gap analysis and integration support, site readiness and dependency management, stakeholder engagement and coordination, and documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in implementation planning for large-scale IT or health information systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of experience in implementation planning for large-scale IT or health information systems
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployment planning, preferably Cerner/Oracle Health platforms
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle elements such as infrastructure, data migration, training, and testing
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other planning/tracking tools
