The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is seeking part-time experts to provide technical assistance in the development, implementation, and monitoring of capacity development and implementation projects in the field of CNS/Testing and Flight Calibration.
Job Description
The Field Operations Section is seeking a part-time expert to provide technical assistance in the development, implementation, and monitoring of capacity development and implementation projects in the field of CNS/Testing and Flight Calibration. The expert will be responsible for formulating national objectives, plans, policies, programmes, and procedures concerning the installation, construction, and maintenance of CNS and ATM equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- A first level university degree in the aviation field
- At least 10 years minimum experience handling CNS and ATM systems
- Five years of management experience in CNS and ATM field
- Knowledge of the relevant ICAO provisions on CNS/ATM
- A good command of oral and written English
- A working knowledge of French or another official language of the Organization (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish)
