Job Description
The ICAO Roster-Machine Readable Travel Documents (MRTD) Expert will work under the direction of the Director of the Capacity Development and Implementation Bureau (CDI) to ensure technical specifications for e-passport production conform to ICAO/ISO specifications. The role will also develop technical evaluation criteria, conduct evaluations, and perform other related duties.
Requirements
- First level university degree
- In-depth understanding of the Machine-Readable Travel Documents (MRTD) Programme of ICAO
- At least 7 years' experience in implementing the standards and specifications in Doc 9303 (Part 1, Vol. 1 & 2)
- Adequate computer literacy and MS Office software skills
- A good command of oral and written English
