Account Executive

Hearst Television, a NBC affiliate, is seeking an Account Executive to sell advertising to local businesses. The role involves prospecting, presenting to new businesses, developing new business, and managing client accounts. Requirements

• 1+ years in media or digital sales, or similar sales field
• Experience with the development of new business/non-traditional business
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in a consultative customer-focused business atmosphere
• Accountability within a goal-structured organization
• Must be a team player
• Experience selling to business owners
• Understand and use qualitative research
• Related military experience will be considered
