Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Talent Management, Stakeholder Management, or Organizational Development
- Master's degree in human resources or Organizational Development desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align talent initiatives with business goals
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
