Non-Clinical Sourcing Specialist (US Healthcare)

The Non-Clinical Sourcing Specialist will support Recruiter Team Leads and Recruiters by facilitating and driving the sourcing process for nonclinical healthcare roles.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive database cleanup within Nova, ensuring candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Review resumes within Nova to identify qualified non-clinical healthcare professionals
• Extract and distribute strong, viable candidate leads to the recruitment team
• Filter out non-qualified candidates, specifically those lacking hospital or relevant healthcare experience
• Manage and update candidate profiles, including source tracking and documentation
• Maintain organization and data integrity within Nova to improve recruiter efficiency
• Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Identify and engage passive candidates aligned with current open roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring non-clinical needs
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Team Leads to maintain an updated target list of hiring needs
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing activity goals aligned with team workflow expectations
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support when needed
• Continuously seek ways to improve sourcing workflows and increase lead quality
