Corporate Staff Accountant

Exciting opportunity as Corporate Staff Accountant joining a highly successful luxury resorts and development group. Collaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting Team to manage financial documentation, conduct reconciliations, and facilitate month-end closing procedures.

Requirements

• Assist project teams in monitoring budgets, preparing budget adjustments, and managing AR/AP activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by tracking and securing necessary construction lien releases.
• Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support the 1099 process and assist in budget planning for projects.
• Examine financial records, prepare statements, and analyze financial reports.
• Implement new processes to enhance financial efficiency.
• Manage project billing and reconciliation, including vendor invoice processing.
• Maintain consultant files and assist with project-related documentation in Excel, Sage or other platforms.
• Complete special projects and other assigned duties as needed.
